Assetto Corsa EVO – Update 0.2.1 is LIVE!

The 0.2.1 Update for Assetto Corsa EVO is now available! Restart Steam to download the update and get all the latest fixes and improvements.

• Visual fixes for Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint.

• Visual fixes for Porsche 964 Turbo upgrade parts.

Rendering

• Automatically detect and set texture pool size based on GPU video memory.

• Depth of Field (DOF) can now be disabled in video settings.

• Fixed tree popping in certain track/car combinations.

• Fixed triple monitor glitch.

User Interface (UI)

• Fixed potential scrambled font issue in Steam builds.

• Disabled round robin update in showroom and during paused sessions to improve framerate.

• Fixed erroneous post-remove car focus assignment.

• General controller navigation pathfinding corrections.

• Texture pool size option hidden in video settings.

• Fixed missing car thumbnails in certain cases after customization.

• Fixed dynamic thumbnails not accounting for showroom position offsets.

• Per-item scrolling added to lists (model selection, grid editor, car preset selector).

Gameplay

• Fixed the R3-01 Academy event.

• Fixed license requirements in the dealership.

• Fixed dealership license update after unlocking a new license.

• Added error message if the Documents folder is not writable.

• Stability control is now off by default in all assist presets.
